An ex-SCL GP40 and ex-Chessie GP30M sit in Keyser Yard on a cold December day.
CSXT 6776 is an ex-SCL GP40 that was still wearing its black paint but with a yellow "nose job". The well-traveled diesel was leading Riverton Local D768 down the Mon Sub at East Monessen.
Lashups like this were common in CSX's earliest days, but had become a rarity at the time of this photo.
