While a clear signal beckons a southbound hot intermodal train on the mainline, a clean repainted MAC awaits its next job with a load of crossties in the Roanoke siding.
After a day of unloading crossties, a couple of EMDs cool off in the Roanoke siding on a cold night. Tomorrow will be another day with the same duties until all the ties have been removed.
