Most coal trains off the Mountain Sub into Cumberland are destined to either Curtis Bay Coal Pier or the Consol Coal facility - both in Baltimore. The only time trains would have gone to Newport News was when the port was shut down by the Dali/Francis Scott Key bridge disaster.
