This is a great view of Parkersburg and it's at a great angle, too. I hadn't been anywhere near Parkersburg in over 40 years and never saw a sight like this. Two questions: one, is that the old Ohio River sub on the lower level, next to the floodwall? Two, the bridge looks like it was single-tracked some time ago. Any idea when that happened?
