This photo tells so much of what once was in the pesticide industry and why Monsanto lost their case. No longer is one allowed to spray a chemical pesticide like this. Free flowing, overspray, and drift (all pictured here) is just a few of the reasons the Department of Agriculture stepped in to start regulating these chemicals and applications, and not to mention the lack of PPE pictured in this photo. No respirator, body suit, glasses, or even gloves and a chemical resistant hat can be seen questioning what health these men may be in today.
