There is a center-cab similar to the above picture located at Precision Strip (coiled steel) located in Vonore, Tennessee. I do not think it has ever had a picture taken. Precision's track ties into the CSX KD Subdivision line. It is the only center-cab that I am aware of in East Tennessee.
