Looking at that bridge on Googlemaps it would make a perfect bike path across the river. It looks like there's a service road between this bridge which also goes under another track that branches off this one. It then connects to a road.

Thanks guys. There is a very famous bike trail across the river from this bridge, called the Great Allegheny Passage. It would take a large sum of money to ever repair the bridge for biking. Pennsylvania can barely afford to fix their roads and bridges for vehicles. I'm grateful to whoever left the pumpkins behind. Thanks for your comments!
