The Virginia Central steamers were stored/orginated in a siding located in Verona, Va. They were used for pulling scenic trains in Covington, VA - owned and operated by Jack Showalter, back in the good ole' days.

Nice shot. Nice to see this again. From my end, it was very interesting to watch the loading of the locomotives on the flat cars and watching them depart Staunton, Virginia.

Where were those locomotives taken off the flatcars? And what are they doing now?
