Posted by mmi16 on December 16, 2016  PTC is not 'supposed' to initiate a Emergency Brake Application. It is 'supposed' to initiate a Full Service Application. A 'kicker' likely caused the full service application to become a emergency application. Posted by Frank Orona on December 17, 2016  Well, the crew says over the radio to the dispatcher that they are "in emergency", so hence the remarks in this photo are reported as such.
