The large rectangular hatch with the yellow ladder in it looks like the special piece created for the 90225 when it was the Satellite car for the GMA train. Also, note the 90368 coupled to the 1700 series bag. It was painted into Phase III using the much darker Phase IV blue as clearly evidenced in this shot.

Nice to see the VRE unit hiding in there; loved the paint scheme they got.

That's an awful lot of power sitting around "out of service" when it SHOULD be out generating badly needed revenue.
