939 and 946 were last seen at Ivy City on Friday August 5 with their pans down. I suspect they're gone forever. I snapped a photo from a passing MARC train but it probably isn't good enough for this site.

Don't know why Amtrak keeping AEM-7s from scrap so few. They should have some more survivors...
