How do the painters of these locomotives have so much time to vandalize without being caught

I understand tagging will happen - but where's the security? This looks like it would have taken hours to paint. Great photo to prove to UP that additional security is needed.

That is pretty darn amazing!! The locos just disappear into the background. Perhaps they should open the river bed back up to graffiti "artists".
