Counting 11 semaphore blades; but wondering whether there are 2 different masts in line between viewpoint and that old grey water tank back there as that yellow, at least as rendered in the image, is more of a fan shape than all the other straight blades. If so, that would raise count to 12.
Guessing the cast metal 70 and 25 signs are speed limits: what I don't know is whether at that 1989 date they would be mph or kph.
