Nice to see a steam excursion without a diesel. Especially a 2-8-0 with a train so long. I'd bet most today assume the diesel is needed, if not actually doing all the work, yet here we have a 2-8-0 with what looks to be a 10 car train not including the auxiliary tender. Nice shot, Bob. Like the inclusion of Southern diesels, themselves a bit of nostalgia.

It's almost like #722 is paying respects to her old stomping grounds. #722 ran for the ET&WNC before joining SOU's steam program.

Looks like the south end of South Yard if I had to guess, looks like the bridge over the interstate was a bit smaller then..Great shot thanks for sharing!
