In response to the series of articles in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch a few weeks ago, no doubt. Does the rumor also indicate who will be paying for the fence? If I recall correctly, the RR wasn't interested.

Why are the putting the signs on public property, if you are going to put signs saying stay off the tracks put them buy the tracks, not in some random place in public property
