Outstanding, agreed!!! That's probably the coolest consist I've ever seen on a coal train.

Although this description of the Apalachicola Northern's GP15Ts is an accurate one, these particular locomotives are MP15s, and the dynamic brake and air filter options do not apply to this AN locomotive class.

These are SW1500's not GP15T's.

Carl - while this is a great photo with a great consist, these are SW1500's (AN rostered 8 of them #'d AN 712-719). And, this may be Port St. Joe but it isn't Panama City. Those observations aside, this is the transloaded coal that arrived in Port St. Joe by barge and was loaded for shipment via the CSX junction at Chattahoochee, Florida. Consists like this were the norm for the duration of this coal operation.
