Definitely a switching move as the Valparaiso commuter trains were much shorter and would never have had a baggage or baggage dorm, not to mention cars that nice.

With a baggage-dorm and sleeping cars on the headend, it is definitely a switching move John, but unusual that a Geep is performing the task, as SW-1s here were the general rule. This must be the Broadway, since that train usually got special treatment, just as the PRR era.
