The tender was changed to a Vanderbilt at the Mt Rainier Scenic RR when we restored the locomotive for operation. The old tender came with the engine, but it was so rusted out after sitting out in the rain all those years that it was beyond restoration, and could only have been used as a pattern for a replica, which wasn't in the budget.
