Sights like this have been all to familiar in the U.S. during the last couple of years. It's interesting to see the long lines of stored locomotives in France as well. Fascinating shot. Thanks for sharing!

Looks like one of the diesels in the 3rd row from the left - second unit up - has its guts missing. Is this possibly be a mixture of stored and dead units together? Let this image age a few years for it is surly to be a classic. - Steve Crise
