This scene could almost be perfectly duplicated in Flagstaff, Arizona right now! Everything from the snow, the grey skies, the road ducking under the railroad bridge, the railroad itself, and even the Illinois plate (either a snowbird or a student at Northern Arizona University from IL.) on the Neon had me thinking that I was looking at a picture taken here in Arizona in the last few days!
