BNSF need their heads examined for not using this paint scheme. Terrific photo, James.

A REALLY nice photo James. Well done and thanks for sharing it.

This is just beautiful. Really, gorgeous. BNSF should resurrect this paint scheme.

Wow! Let me pick up my chin from off of the ground...What a shot, James! 'Every train's better with warbonnet on it!' This is so screaming "calendar," my ears hurt. And by the way, thank you for the super quality stuff that you continue to put on this web site. It's great!
Can't top this! This is how it once was and this is how it should be today, maybe with ES44s in Warbonnet's but nonetheless, as good as it gets!
Wow James, wow! Great location and great locos. They sure look new and shiny there.

I was just a little boy here in the European Ultima Thule, when this red nose with its yellow moustache became for me the symbol of the American railroads. Rolling through the brown, grey and green prairie like this it reminds me why.
I totally agree with 'Southlandwarrior' on this one. BNSF is crazy to not use this paint scheme again. As long as they don't muck it up like they did with the "Executive colors".
This is an excellent photo of when these were new. Sadly most of these "Pinkbonnets" as I've heard them called today, are looking liking the victim of a bad peeling sunburn today. Very nice shot.
