CTRW 2508 appears to be a former Rio Grande GP30 with a nose light plug added and D&RGW's aspen gold paint showing through along portions of the snow plow.

Did he say why he was getting laid off? Is the Carlton Trail folding up? I heard a rumour recently that CN is taking it back from Onmi-Trax.

Thanks for the comments guys. Mark he said the reason he was been laid off is because there is very little traffic on the Carlton trail railway. The Meadow Lake turn was the big customer for lumber products and they apparently shut down operations. They only have like 3 trains a week. To the rumours of CTRW folding up or been acquired I have also heard that they could be folding up but who knows.
