Good to see a picture from one of my old home towns. For those who are interested, the pipeline under the bridge is known as "The Siphon". The water of an irrigation canal begins at the same level as the train, flows down a pipe on the right side of the canyon, across the canyon, and then back up the other side rejoining the level of the railroad.
