2700 looks like an old Wabash GP-35 that had a high nose added by N+W. The Alco trucks are the key spotting feature.

Southern GP35s also had Alco trucks and if you squint, I think I spy with my little eye; SOU under the number on the cab.

NS 2700 was a Southern Railway hi hood GP35 locomotive. It`s previous number was 2700J.
