Cool photo ChrisB of the rarely seen Oil Can switching opps. So today, does UP still send out a local switcher crew to make-up/set-out the Coast Cans or does the PHL, a private switch engine (or goat) or the UP road crew do it?

UP still does the switching, I assume there is probably no set schedule for it.
