Hey Neil. YDHR 22 was supposed to be getting a cracked piston and/or cylinder replaced this year after sitting out the past couple. Last I heard this work was under way, but judging from your photo and the fact it's still blocked in behind the "Rules Car" it doesn't appear to have turned a wheel yet. RS-3 1310 was out and about on the Railfan Day on July 26, pulling a short freight for a meet with 3612 and the Railfan Special at Goodwood.
