Fantastic shot! You look to be standing on the spot where the U.S. Department of Homeland Security erected a train scanner post-9/11. A Nov. 1985 Trains Magazine story on railroading in Manitoba said the crews called these F-unit locomotives "Cadillacs" because of their comfortable ride and cabs that shut out the frigid prairie winters.
