Outstanding! I have been to Tehachapi several times and greatly appreciate now being able to see a hawks-eye view of the curves above Caliente. This nonewithstanding, the photo is a great catch of the train while being in an not-cheap plane.

Great shot! Did you chase this train in an airplane from here up to the Loop? I even see some railfans over by the spots near Tunnel 2.

A truly incredible view. What is so weird is how the angle makes the hill above the tunnel look so small. Like anyone could have daylighted it!
