Posted by Pat Scott on March 7, 2007  Actually, there is rhyme and reason. This was not a BNSF ballast train, but a UP coal empty, going to Savage, UT, coming out of Barstow where the BNSF interchanged it to the UP. Posted by Dave Toussaint on March 8, 2007  Thanks for the correction.
