They are at the Illinois Railway Museum and run occasionally. I believe most or all of the cars are now part of BNSF's fleet.

I miss the sound those deisel engines made. The unmuffled roar from a distant is no longer heard. You could hear one approaching a minute before it roared past.

*whew* that BN executive paint looks so good, especially on those barns. I really miss the many pallets of BN green. Warbonnet F's have nothing on those gems. Great shot Ray, great shot!
