Nope. When the State of Connecticut was asked to buy some new locomotives for operation on Metro North Commuter trains that originate in Connecticut, they decided to paint the four P32AC-DMs in the old school New Haven Railroad Colors, similar to the older FL9s that were phased out. But yes, it is very much a heritage unit, but for Metro North.
