Great shot! Looks like you caught CN 271 arriving at its destination! 271 left Oshawa Ontario in the early hours of June 24th bound for Salem.

That engine was in Trona Railway paint for a long time but I guess HLCX got around to painting it in one of there paint scheme's.

this is not a Trona paint unit (note the unmistakable SP noselight package now blanked out). This is rather an ex-SP SD45R rebuilt in kind by SP's Sacramento GRIP loco rebuild program. What ex-SP number remains to be dicovered. Might just be a quickie all primer repaint job since all other HLCX repaints these days are in the solid Maroon/Black or solid Blue/Black scheme. The ex-Trona SD45-2 Helm units are in the new HLCX 6407-12 series.
