Autorack 27N rolls thru CP WORKS in Altoona. The railcar facility in the immediate background began life as the Pennsylvania Railroad's Altoona Car Shop, and today is operated by Union Tank Car (UTLX). UTLX usually moves equipment with a trackmobile, but today, the backup was being employed--that little yellow critter on the transfer table is UTLX 1032, a Plymouth 25-tonner.
