Along with GP7s and SD40s, the Texas Gonzales and Northern Railroad also owns a few end-cab switchers - TXGN 106 is one of them. Built as Missouri Pacific SW1200 1156 in March 1956, the switcher would later end up on the Sabine River & Northern, where it wore number 1208. The SRN later sold it to the TXGN, where it originally carried number 92 before being renumbered to 106. The 106 was found at the road's enginehouse in Harwood, Texas, on October 27, 2016. Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.
