In the northeast, Kansas City Southern locomotives are very uncommon, but November 14th, 2013 proved otherwise. I received news of an autorack train, symboled Q268, heading south on the CSX River Subdivision with Kansas City Southern SD70ACe 4012 leading 2 CSX C40-8 type locomotives. After a short day of school, I ran out of school, hopped into the car, and drove trackside to Ridgefield Park, NJ. Within a short amount of time the train came into view with the infamous "Southern Belle" paint scheme. What a sight!
