New England Central's southbound road freight, 324, from St. Albans to Brattleboro, VT will occasionally make a daylight appearance south from White River Junction, VT, especially when a lot of switching is necessary at points north. On Saturday, November 10, the southbound train is seen ducking under the town of Bellows Falls and exiting the tunnel there on a climb that was facilitated by construction to lower the tunnel floor to allow double stack containers and excess height auto racks.
