Eight active engines in one shot... sort of. The eight active steam engines that attended TrainFestival 2009 pose around the turntable at the beginning of Friday's night photo session. From left to right, Little River 0-4-0 1, Little River 4-6-2 110, Pere Marquette 2-8-4 1225, Southern Pacific 4-8-4 4449, Nickel Plate Road 2-8-4 765, Flagg Coal Co. 0-4-0 75, American Viscose Co. 0-4-0 6 and Central Pacific Railroad 4-4-0 63 Leviathan. Unfortunately, PM 1225 had a flue problem the night before, so she was not in steam for this shot.
