After waiting about an hour and a half for traffic to clear up on CSX's Greenwich Subdivision, the CSX "IG" dispatcher finally gives a signal to W&LE 389 with an ex-D&RGW tunnel motor leader and an ex-Wisconsin Central unit second out with its unit train of coke in tow. The Wheeling will hand this train off to CSX at Willard to take it to its destination at, I believe, Chicago, Ill.
