The Belt Railway of Chicago's North Outside Industry job, known as NOSI, arrives at Best Foods in Cicero to make a delivery and a pickup of tank cars. BRC GP23ECO #234 is in charge, looking great in the Belt's striking paint scheme. The first two covered hoppers were picked up at Flex-O-Glass and the two steel cars were picked up at Charter Steel. After about an hour and a half of work here, the crew would begin the trip back to the massive Clearing Yard.
