C&EI GP35 263 and 244 roll past the depot at Villa Grove, Illinois with a long string of hoppers in tow on May 7, 1966. The C&EL bought four batches of GP35's and the 263 was part of the third group of 10 that were built in October and November 1964. Photo by KL Douglas, from my collection.
