Remarks & Notes
Returning from Route 15. Following a charter sponsored by the Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys, SEPTA Type K car 9000 is seen returning to Callowhill Depot. The depot was built in 1913 by the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company and car 9000 was the first Type K car, manufactured by Kawasaki in 1980 and recently repainted by the agency into its as-delivered paint scheme!
