P42DC #75, in the new Phase VII scheme, is rolling to a stop at the art deco station of Prince, W.Va. This station has certainly seen better days. Years of lack of maintenance and TLC is starting to show, with the "I" missing off the top of the canopy here on the east end of the platform.
Powerful members of Congress once helped this scenic state get levels of service not seen elsewhere. Now the Capitol Limited and Cardinal are all that remain.
