In August of 1990, Native Americans blocked both CN and CP tracks in Ontario, Canada. CN detoured several trains over the CNW from Chicago thru Wisconsin. Here we see a westbound detour train awaiting a crew change at Butler Yard while CNW 4127 does some switching. CN trains in Wisconsin were quite unusual in 1990, but are now an everyday sight. Unfortunately, Butler Yard is nowhere near as busy as it was in 1990.
