SEPTA Snow Day. Four years ago today on January 18, 2020, a week before the temporary suspension of trolley service of the Route 15, it snowed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Although frequently these cars are pulled in favor of buses when this happens, on this day we were fortunate that trolley service continued. The eighteen PCC-IIs are currently being rebuilt as PCC-IIIs in house at SEPTA's Woodland Facility, and a date has not yet been announced for their return to the streets. SEPTA 2337 crosses the intersection at 16th St-Girard Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
