NJ Transit's latest heritage unit has been unveiled, and it honors the Erie Railroad. While Erie never owned a low-nose EMD hood unit, the road's black and yellow scheme seems to have adapted well in this case. Kudos to all of those who worked hard to make this unit (and all other NJT heritage projects) possible.
Photos from across RP of NJ Transit’s 40th Anniversary specially painted & wrapped units.
Also included are the fully wrapped Veterans & Pride tribute units.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
