Union Pacific's local from East Los Angeles to Anaheim shoves a box car onto an industrial spur as it nears the end of the line on the Anaheim Branch. UP GP20 476, built as UP 706 in July 1960, is the sole power for today's train, and will have to operate long-hood forward back to the railroad's East Los Angeles Yard after cars for the SP are left at the station on Lincoln Avenue. Curiously, this Geep has no slogan on the cab. (Anaheim, California – May 1, 1973)
