For two weeks, the regular used cogwheel railcar BDeh 3/6 # 25 of the Rorschach-Heiden-Bergbahn (RHB), part of the Appenzeller Bahnen (AB) nowadays, was in a revision. So the "oldtimer" ABDeh 2/4 # 24 (BDeh 2/4) was in daily service. This cogwheel railcar was built in 1967 by SLM and BBC and has a maximum velocity of 25 km/h only, the BDeh 3/6 # 25 is climbing the mountain with up to 35 km/h. So the timetable was adjusted for two weeks with slightly longer travel times. ABDeh 2/4 # 24 has no longer first class (since 1998), but still this designation and the yellow stripe above the former first class compartment. It is running down from Heiden to Rorschach below Wartensee stop as train 5026 of the S 25 line.
