"Grand Trunk at The Newburgh Steam Mill"
Canadian National Railway's Grand Trunk (GT) Railway heritage locomotive leads CSX ethanol train K614 south past the historic Newburgh Steam Mill building along the former New York Central River Subdivision on the afternoon of July 26th, 2021.
The Newburgh Steam Mill is a six-story, 118,000 sq. ft. industrial building built in the 1830s located alongside the west bank of the Hudson River in the heart of New York’s Hudson Valley. Since the closimg of the mill, the building hosted numerous manufacturing businesses, including its current tenant, the Regal Bag Corporation, a handbag manufacterer owned by Licht & Kaplan.
