Once DREI's 101 arrived Chrisman, they had to run over to Dana for some work at the grain elevator. The three engines cut off from their train, backed around the wye, and coupled onto two hoppers at the east end of Chrisman siding. Once arriving at Dana, they had to wait a bit for Dana's elevator switcher, an EMD SD20, to move some cars for them. After some car swapping, the 101 was free to head back to Chrisman and to its train.
Here at West Dana, a mile west of where the Milwaukee Road crossed the Baltimore & Ohio, the 101 is passing the old state line sign.
