One of the signature shots of the line, Batten Kill Railroad RS-3 4116 crosses the Hoosic River in Eagle Bridge, NY on August 27, 2018. This shot shows the ground view, or perhaps more accurately desxribed as what happens when one decides how wet one is willing to get for a shot. The car of railroad ties was an unusal addition to the train, but was being used for repairs along the right of way and not being shipped off the property.
